The client is responsible for viewing the Terms and Conditions often. You accept and consent that the firm shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, amendment, suspension, discontinuance or other change to these Terms and Conditions.

LogoSpecialist.net offers unlimited free revisions of your design until you are satisfied. It seldom happens that our clients would return with their designs because we work precisely according to the guidelines provided by them. Thus, chances of discrepancy are automatically very low. However, if you find discrepancy in your design you can return to us. We will make necessary amendments to your design without charging extra for our services.

LogoSpecialist.Net offers complete money back guarantee for the convenience of our clients. The decision to purchase is solely yours. Refund requests can't be materialized once you have requested the final file formats. The Refund Policy is applicable on all design services that we offer.

All our services are targeted towards providing maximum satisfaction to our clients. For each design that we create, thorough research is undertaken to ensure quality and uniqueness in your design. We never embark on your any job without prior research. Our designers, while working on your job, ensure that the design they create complies with the specifications you have provided in your order form.

All client work is archived free of charge in our server and any client may inquire at any time in the future about receiving the files. A shipping fee may apply.

Ownership of the final artwork befalls the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon project completion and receipt of full payment.

LogoSpecialist.net holds the rights to exhibit the artwork in show reels and advertising materials. All ideas, art works, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of LogoSpecialist.net.

Once you have requested the final files of your logo, you reserve the right to coordinate with your copyright agency to transfer the copyrights of logo to your business name and complete the process.

Customer support at LogoSpecialist.Net is available _(when)_____________. You can speak to our Sales Professionals about your queries and concerns. Our Customer Support centre will assist you through the process and give prompt response to your queries and concerns.

The default colour model for our logos is the RGB format unless you request other formats prior to the start of the project. Any format change after the start of the project will incur an additional charge. The source file will be in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format and the fonts will be converted into outlines.

Logo designs are sent via email to the email address that you provide when you place your order. In case the email address that you have provided is not valid, or if it is filtered by your emailing system, we will not be held responsible for any of the late service fees and we will not provide refunds for incorrect email addresses.

Clients requiring additional artwork which exceeds the scope of the standard packages of designs, during the initial design period or after, will be offered a price list for the additional services. All additional work will be done once you have compiled by the payment procedures of the same and follow through with the order process all over again.

We expect the Client to perform research on their company name to be sure their name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image.

We are not and will not be held responsible for any lawful action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
